Welcome to JapanCarNet. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of the Platform

JapanCarNet is a marketplace for browsing and inquiring about vehicles exported from Japan. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must provide accurate information when registering or submitting inquiries.

Inquiries and Transactions

Submitting an inquiry or request for a quote does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when both parties agree in writing on price, payment, and delivery terms. All payments and shipping are subject to separate agreements and our How to Buy process.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, logos, and images, is owned by JapanCarNet or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JapanCarNet and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any transaction. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
